A proposed workplan for 6 or 8 focus group meetings, to be arranged over the next year, has been sent to the resident co-chairs for comment and amendment. This work will bring together people with lived experience of sensitive lets. These focus groups will be part of the review of the process around allocations for households who may have a history of ASB or risks off, whilst balancing the statutory requirements the Council has to both tenants and prospective tenants who may be owed other duties. |
